Job Overview:
We are seeking motivated Outreach Specialists to work as independent contractors. This position involves making outbound phone calls to an assigned list of organizations to identify decision-makers and gather the necessary information for our sales team. The work is production-based, with the potential to earn $15-$25/hour for those who manage their time effectively. There are no guaranteed hours, but this role offers flexible work-from-home opportunities using your own computer and phone.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to a pre-assigned list of organizations.
Identify decision-makers and collect important information for sales outreach.
Accurately record information and ensure data is entered into the system.
Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate partnership opportunities.
Maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions.
Qualifications:
Strong verbal communication skills.
Comfortable speaking on the phone with professionals in a variety of industries.
Self-motivated and able to manage time efficiently.
Detail-oriented with the ability to accurately capture and report information.
Prior experience in customer service, telemarketing, or data entry is a plus.
Must have reliable access to a computer and phone for remote work.
Compensation:
This is a production-based position, meaning your earnings will reflect your productivity. Motivated individuals with good time management skills can expect to earn $15-$25/hour based on performance. There are no set hours, and pay is based on completed work.
